We ship only GLOBAL EXPRESS or PRIORITY MAIL US MAIL to support our US Postal service. In most cases we can make and ship your new custom fitted slipcover within 6 to 8 weeks. Shipping times apply to in stock fabrics only. Sample fabrics sent regular mail only. Sample fabric sent regular mail within 5 working days of receiving order.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation policy: Your slipcover will be custom made for you and only you it is customary to have full payment prior to sending your job to our workroom. You may cancel your order anytime prior to it entering our workroom. If you need to cancel after your slipcover has been started please see our return policy.

Returns: Your satisfaction and meeting your expectations is our primary goal. If an item does not, please return it in its original condition within 30 days for alterations or you may receive a refund less 40% and shipping & handling.

Return policy on fabrics: Every effort will be made to ensure your fabric arrives in good condition. No fabric will be accepted for return or credit. When ordering more then the one yard minimum be sure to indicate the number of yards on your order page.
